INGREDIENTS 60ml Alchemy Distiller’s Cut Gin 30ml heavy cream 15ml lemon juice 15ml lime juice 15ml simple syrup 1 egg white 1 dash orange blossom water Soda water METHOD Combine all the ingredients except soda into your shaker, dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds.
