Olives are actually considered a fruit – which means we’ve got our 2-a-day, covered right? Right.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Big Red Gin
10ml Maidenii Dry Vermouth
40ml Sicilian Olive Brine (regular/black olive brine won’t cut it here!)
GARNISH
Sicilian olives
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir for 30-60 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass.
Not an olive fan? Swap out the olive brine, halve the vermouth and garnish with a twist of lemon.
