INGREDIENTS 45ml Signature Gin 40ml fresh orange juice 15ml apple juice (unsweetened) 15ml pineapple juice Lime wedge Lemon wedge Soda water GARNISH Mint leaves METHOD In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves, lime, and lemon. Fill the glass with ice, and add juices. Top with soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
