Bursting with outback ingredients, it incorporates White Aspen and Strawberry Gum to balance the jammy sweetness and tart zing that makes this soda so damn tasty. Try in this cracking Quandong Gin Fizz with Blend Etiquette's Yours & Mine gin!
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Yours & Mine Gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 5ml sugar syrup (or to taste)
- 1 egg white (or 30ml aquafaba)
- Quandong soda
GARNISH
- Lemon wheel
METHOD
Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients except for soda. Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for 60 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and top with quandong soda.
Garnish with fresh lemon.
