INGREDIENTS 60ml Noble Bootleggers Contemporary Gin 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 15ml Pink Grapefruit & Vanilla syrup 1 x egg white Soda to top METHOD Add all ingredients (except for soda) into a shaker. Dry shake ingredients without ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled Collins glass. Slowly pour the soda down the side of the glass until the head of the cocktail rises like a souffle.
